Report Card Comments

Writing individual report card comments for a whole class is repetitive; this tool assembles a natural-sounding paragraph from the choices you make, then lets you personalise it before saving.

1. Enter the student's name and pronouns so the comment reads personally and uses the correct they / she / he forms throughout.
2. Pick the subject from the list, or choose Other to type your own.
3. Set the overall performance level and rate effort, participation, and behaviour; each rating pulls from a different bank of sentences.
4. Generate the comment; press Regenerate wording to shuffle the phrasing while keeping the same ratings, or edit the text directly in the box.
5. Add to list to keep it, then repeat for the next student; when you are done, Copy all or export a .txt or CSV file to paste into your report system or spreadsheet.

Comments are suggestions meant to save time; always read each one and adjust it to reflect the individual student. Nothing is sent to a server and the saved list lives only in this page until you clear it or close the tab.
